Answers:
you should use half the amount of dried hebs that the fresh recipe calls for. Dried herbs tend to be stronger than fresh.good luck with your recipe

Other Answers:
You can use dried parsley but the taste will not taste the same. See the bottle for details.

Please don't use dried parsley.

Please don't use fresh curly parsley -- it's only good for garnish, and for getting the blood flowing (but saffron is better for the latter).

To season, you're better off seasoning with Italian or Flat-leaf parsley. And around this time, some stores and florists are selling clay pots with mature parsley plants in them for use in the kitchen. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a live flat-leaf parsley plant.

And in a month or so, one can start a plant from seed. Wait for those seed packets to go on sale five for a dollar.

You could dump a whole bottle of the dried parsley into whatever you're cooking and it'll only turn it green with a slight parsley flavor. It doesn't flavor nearly as well as some other dried herbs.
