I am not sure but the best way to tell if something is vegan is if it has a kosher symbol which is a U with a circle around it. If it has the U with the circle around it and a D next to it then it%26#039;s dairy and not vegan. If it has a P next to it or just the circle with the U then you can consider it vegan because all Kosher products are marked as Dairy, Meat or Pareve.

mono and di glicerides have to say where as the end of the label does but earler in the middle it does not say if not labled it may be meat fat or vegetable you will need to ask the company to get to the bottom of the datem in the middle of tghe ingredents.

Wow, I usually use this recipe for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches:
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
Jelly (I like apricot)
Peanut Butter
Smear jelly on one slice and peanut butter on the other. Combine.

wouldn%26#039;t count on it....it%26#039;s cheaper to make your own PB%26amp;J anyways...and you get to pick out your own peanut butter and jelly so you can know for sure its vegan
