If you like something other than butter on your veggies try the Vegetable Bullion from the Organic Gourmet. It lends a terrific flavor AND it's Vegan.
cauliflower
I love broccoli (my niece and nephews call it Trees) and cauliflower is great also, steamed and served with butter. If I had to choose just one though it would have to be broccoli
I like cauliflower in taste! Awesome when tossed with olive oil and salt and baked until crispy.
i love both! But if i had to chose.... Hmmm.
I guess Brocolli
Broccoli has a stronger taste, but cauliflower blends better with things like sauce and cheese.
Cauliflower ... I like its texture and taste better. It's smoother and creamier in texture. ^^
