Nuts do give you( wind gas flatulence ) Depending on how many you eat and if you are a little sensitive to them . You could try eating the different kinds seperately if you are eating mixed nuts. You'll then know if one upsets you more than the others. Try eating raw nuts. They are easier on the intestine ,( take a bit longer to digest, so diarrhea isn't as bad if any.) and better for you. The nutrients are in them.
You could also have some pepto bismo, de-gas, charcoal tablets, or similar to cut down on the wind that causes the pain and diarrhea.

Nuts are very oily, so if you are eating them in large quantitites that could be the cause of your reaction. Other than that it could be an allergy, to either the nuts or the oils they're cooked in.

I hate liberals like Akaka, Baucus, Bayh, Biden, Bingamen, Boxer, Brown, Byrd, Cantwell, Cardin, Carper, Casey, Clinton, Conrad, Dodd, Dorgan, Durbin, Feingold, Feinstein, Harkin, Inouye, Johnson, Kennedy, Kerry, Klobuchar, Kohl, Landrieu, Lautenberg, Leahy, Levin, Lincoln, McCaskill, Menendez, Mikulski, Murray, the Nelson's, Osama I mean Obama, Pryor, Reed, Reid, Rockefeller, Salazar, Schumer, Stabenow, Tester, Webb, Whitehouse and Wyden to name a few of the types of nuts that make me sick.

yes i would suffer from the same problem. i now by the raw nut with out salt from the health food store. i find that they are a little better for me but i also limit the amount that i eat the oils can be a bit much at times. try them can see how they work for you and maybe only have a few at a time
