I haven't lived there in a few years, but all the good ones used to be within walking distance of campus. I Love that town!
I'm going to move there next summer and I'm a vegetarian too. I don't think there will be actaully vegetarian restaurants, but it's a universty town so I bet there will be a lot of restaurants where you can order veg things.
