well, um, well, why don't you try a diffrent section on the "food and drink" besides "vegetarian and vegen" section, huh?
I would suggest the same thing I did when an employer insisted on giving me a frozen turkey! Go into your yard and dig a hole about 4 feet deep by 2ft by 3ft. Place the dearly departed inside and fill the hole. Place a tombstone on the grave lamenting this poor murdered bird.
As a person who doesn't eat animal flesh (including that from Guinea Fowl), I can't suggest any ways to prepare it. BUT, I would suggest you avoid eating it.
Why are you asking this in the vegetarian section? vegetarians do not eat birds.
