I won't eat meat for protein and I am scared that if I exercise too much I will actually lose weight. I don't want to be any smaller than I am, I want to put some "meat on my bones" without eating meat. How can I do this?

Answer:
Well, do it exactly the same way a meat eater'd do it!

Do some excersise routines, try to focus on cardio and weight-bearing activities (if you're trying to bulk up.) Make sure to drink plenty of water to make up for fluids you lose.

And for the eating part, make sure to eat plenty of vegetarian protein. Eggs, tofu, beans, and dairy products are all excellent sources of this. Nuts, seeds, and soy products are also very good protein sources. Make sure to also eat lots of carbs to plenty of energy to do all that excercise!

Good luck!
A smart vegetarian diet has protein, just not from meat. Perhaps you need to do some research into a proper vegetarian diet. You can also use protein whey powder to supplement your diet. Exercise will give you muscle definition, not "make you bigger". I suggest you perhaps join a health club and work with a trainer and someone who can guide you with nutrition.
Work out...and eat Falafels and Hummus...(spelling)...these two are probably the best ways to get protein without meat..plus they are delicious as heck...

as far as getting u calves and butt bigger just work out ...legs are the hardest part of the body to define so it will take lots of determination and work...id suggest working out your legs and butt at least 2 times a week plus add some cardio into the mix...
You want to exercise with a lot of resistance as opposed to just cardio work. People who lift weights will use less repetitions but more weight to bulk up. You would do less weight and more reps for a leaner build.

I used to run stadium stairs and that will make your legs like rock hard thick muscle. Just be careful doing it since going down the stairs is a bit tricky, you could do stairs in a building I guess and ride the elevator down.
