I'm not sure where the black colouribg would come from, but try to google it! Red can come from cochineal which is an insect, but doesn't always.
Believe it or not, some food colorings are actually made from crushed BUGS!! I swear this is true.

A lot of red food coloring contain crushed beetle shells ... you should check the manufacturer's website to get the exact ingredients.
