Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Is dried fruit as good for you as fresh. Does it still have a good vitamin/ nuti),it will help you,my kids.
Answer:
yes the only difference is dried fruit last longer and yet still as many nutrients as fresh
Like fresh fruit, dried fruit provides fiber, vitamin A and potassium. It also contains vitamin C and folate — although in smaller amounts than fresh fruit does. Perhaps the main drawback to dried fruits are that they contain more calories per serving than fresh fruits, because most of the water — which gives fruit its bulk — has been removed. For example, 1 cup of fresh apricot halves has 74 calories, while 1 cup of dried apricot halves has 213 calories. If you're trying to lose weight, use dried fruits sparingly. Also, try to buy dried fruits that are processed without added sugar.
Fruit and vegetable are better raw and fresh becuause you more nutrients and vitamins then when you cook or dry them, yet dry fruit still considerably health as long as you dry it yourself and dont buy the ones from the store which contain preservatives and lots of sugar.
