Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Is eating fruit after other food really THAT unhealthy?),it will help you,my kids.

I%26#039;ve heard that you%26#039;re only supposed to eat fruit on an empty stomach b/c of how fast it digests, but I have a habit of eating other food first. Especially if my family drags me to a buffet style restaurant, I%26#039;ll get some fruit (if available) for desert instead of all their artificial sugary cookie/cake/pie/ice cream mess.

You%26#039;re actually dong something very healthy. The fruit, especially if it%26#039;s something tropical like pineapple or mango, has enzymes which help break down your food and help digestion. It%26#039;s also a much better choice then processed starches and sweets. Hope this helps you feel better about your choices.

I would think its actually backwards there... if you eat fruit on an empty stomach, and it supposedly digests so fast, there would be nothing there to slow it down

on the other hand, if fruit digests so fast, but you ate, say some pasta 1st, wouldn%26#039;t that gum up your insides a little bit, causing the fruit you at after to stay in your stomach/intestines longer, giving it more time to be absorbed?

You can eat fruit whenever. If you do eat fruit after a starchy food like potato that will help digest the potato! In the morning it is best to eat a fruit such as apple or orange before anything else. Fruit is good whenever you choose to eat it as long as your not already stuffed from other food!

I think most people, my self included, don%26#039;;t really follow a specific pattern or %26quot;timetable%26quot; when it comes to fruit. I eat fruit a lot, as a meal itself, after %26quot;regular%26quot; foods/meals, as a snack, etc.
Where I live now, it is in fact believed that some tropical fruits can lead to diarrhea etc when eaten on an empty stomach.
I think you are doing just fine.

Of course it isn%26#039;t!
Eating fruit is healthy and if you%26#039;re meant to eat 5-a-day then it%26#039;s not possible to eat any fruit on a empty stomach and if it was unhealthy to eat fruit on a full stomach then we wouldn%26#039;t be advised to eat so much of it.

it%26#039;s ok.
i guess it depends on people%26#039;s stomach...
if you feel all right afterwards, perfect.
as a matter of fact, in many restaurants there is fruit as desert on the menu.

I never heard that before and I think it is pretty much rubbish. Eat fruit when you want to.
