Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Vegetarian guide?),it will help you,my kids.

I need a really good book that can help me in the transition to a vegetarian diet, that has quick & easy recipes and that talks about the different alternatives in cooking for vegetarians. I've heard about many books, but I don't know which one I should buy.

Answer:
This one is recommended by all veg. Association. I own it myself and love it. It also has recipes at the end:

First check out a site called About.com. They offer guides, sites, and forums to most anything to do with people's lives. There you'll find some good recommendations from other vegetarians about which book may be best for you.

Otherwise, make a trip to the library and see which book or books strike you as one you like and is helpful.
Vegan Planet: 400 Irresistible Recipes With Fantastic Flavors from Home and Around the World (Broché)
de Neal D. Barnard , Robin Robertson.

Very good vegetarian guide indeed, you can buy it by amazon.com

Everybody will enjoy it !!!
I can recommend this website for some free recipe ideas but not a book I'm afraid : www.recipesforvegans.co.uk
Any of the Moosewood cookbooks have easy, really good recipes. Also, Vegetarian Planet by Didi Emmons has a lot of really good recipes. I have been subscribing to Vegetarian Times for years. That always gives me good recipe ideas.
go to GOOGLE .COM
Try the "For Dummies" Series. Their Vegetarian and Vegan books are perfectly acceptable starting places.
