What is your favorite pumpkin pie recipe that does not ask for eggs. I am lacto vegetarian. It doesn't have to be vegan.
There are tones of recipes on the net. That's why I would like to have one that you have baked and liked.
Thanks a lot

if your lacto and vegitarian i understand the pie thing but why no eggs when its laid theres no baby in it its just protian
Let's see if I can get another conversation complaint<g>.
I can't access my recipe database until Monday, but if you email me I'll send you the one I've been using for over 20 years. It *is* a vegan recipe and it has a sneaky trick to "knock 'em dead". The trick won't help you if you're sitting on a large pile of Pumpkin though since the trick to making a killer Pumpkin pie is to use Butternut Squash! (it *really* works)
Sounds like a good one Massiha. I don't understand why you got bad question thumbs down. I'm going to try it! Thanks.
