how long should i remain a vegetarian before i go vegan? ya know so i can give my body time to abapt to the changes and also what kind of changes can i expect in my body when i switch?

Answer:
well, theres no exact time to know when you should swich over to vegan. my cousin was vegan for a year. but she also vegitarian first for about 2 years. my suggestion is that if you feel your ready and have adapted well to vegitarianism, you can switch to vegan. although diffuclty with being vegan, you can always swich back to being vegitarian.

hoped i helped, good luck!
Don't do it....You'll be gassy to beat the band!
Whenever you have the discipline and most of your cravings have started to subside. There is no steadfast time line. You can even do it little by little. Give yourself 6 months to cut out eggs. Then, take another 6 months to cut out dairy. Along the way, avoid honey, carmine, rennet, and other animal based ingredients. Good luck to you!
I went from eating meat to being vegan.I doubt you'll feel a difference or anything.
IT TAKES TIME START OUT SLOWLY ON THE GREENS TRUST ME FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
You really don't have to wait at all, except to make it easier.

The only thing I really recommend is digestive enzymes. Everyone needs them, but it really helps vegans to digest all of the beans and vegetables you'll be eating. You can find them at the health food store.

Good luck! I'm pulling for you!
Do it when you feel ready. Being vegan not only takes a physical readiness, but emotion readiness. It takes alot more self discipline to go vegan then vegetarian.
