I've looked at all websites, looks like they were all made by the same person/ organization.
It's difficult to say, I mean 29 Million would drive anyone to do anything. But this is 1 site, with no actual sources (The vet notes could have been written by anyone, really)
the 2 people charged are only 2 out of how many employees, there will be some that are trying to help.
What does this other organization want? Does it just want to put down an organization or does it actually want to help the animals? I don't see anything other than Peta Kills Animals.. They could just be raising annoyance and poking at anything it can find.
So far the only real evidence you have is that 2 people are charged for killing animals, the rest is questionable. And every organization has its "Bad Apples"

Whenever i see an abonded animal i get my animal safety kit and bring the animal to the nearest no kill animal center.
