Honestly, I'd like to know, I have an idea but I am not sure,
Answers:
True vegetarians don't eat meat but they'll consume other products that come from animals (milk etc). Vegeterians do not eat fish. There is a branch of vegetarianism that is termed for people that eat fish but I forget what it is called. But again, true vegeterians do not eat ANY meat including fish. There are different forms of vegetarianism that allow for different things in your diet. For the most part vegetarians don't eat any meats including eggs and fish but will consume dairy products such as milk. Although I can stress that some vegetarian diets differ from person to person.
Ex: Ovo vegetarian eats eggs but not dairy products.
Vegans don't consume any meat products or products that contain anything that comes from an animal.

There are lots of different kinds of vegetarians. The main ones who eat no meat/fish/poultry are Lacto-Vegetarian=consumes dairy, Ovo-Vegetarian=consumes eggs, Lacto-Ovo-vegetarians consume dairy and eggs. Vegan, as far as diet is the strictist. No meat/fish/poultry or dairy or eggs. Some, like me, also do not consume refined sugar (it is refined using charred animal bones--gross!), hydrogenated oils, diglycerides, or even honey. Some vegans will not wear leather, use certain products, anything that exploits animals.
