I'm trying to find a healthy diet and this one seems great considering I love fish more then red meat.

Answer:
You can pretty much eat anything you want except cows, chickens, pigs etc.. Not much will change from what you are doing now.

Any diet is healthy depending on what you eat... you seem to have figured that out since you are eliminating the more fatty animals from your animal-eating diet. But if you want to loose weight, you need to eat a variety of healthy foods and cut out the junk.

Some people want to become vegetarians for the same reason you want to become a non-red-meat eater, but are unpleasantly surprised at the lack of weight-loss because they are still eating junk.

Eat healthily and you will do well. Get yourself a nice exercise video, as it goes hand-in-hand with diet.

If you ever decide to become a vegetarian, we have some great, healthy recipes.

A pescetarian is just someone who avoids all meat but fish. You can eat whatever everyone else eats minus the other meats. A pescetarian is not a type of vegetarian though.

ETD: A pescetarian is not just a vegetarian that eats fish. That makes no sense! Vegetarians do not eat fish so anyone that does, is certainly not any type of vegetarian.
A Pescetarian/Piscetarian is just a vegetarian that eats fish, so you can eat anything that doesn't contain meat (and if you are that leaning this way - anything that doesn't contain meat by-products).

Depending on what you eat, a vegetarian or pescetarian diet is not necessarily healthy. Cut out the sugars and unnecessary fats, increase your fibers, excercise at least 3x a week. Meat is not the enemy.
