Answer:
An omnivore in reality. You may also call yourself a pollo-pescetarian but not many people would know what that is. No type of vegetarian eats animal flesh.

You aren't a vegetarian because you eat chicken and seafood, same with vegan. So you are a normal eater that either doesn't like red meat, thinks it is bad for you, or has some other reason for not eating red meat, pork, and several other meats that aren't red, chicken, or seafood.
A person who prefers "white" meat to "red" meat, and also likes to enjoy so called white meats with veggies I'm guessing.
My son was that way when he were little. He refuses to eat beef, pork, etc. Only ate chicken and fish.
Later I found out that he was to lazy to chew. One day I took him out for prime ribs, well, he eats meat now.
