Cyanocobalamin is the vegan form of it, and is also very easy to find at Rite Aid or GNC.
Nutrition is key. Make sure you know how much protein your child's body needs, and make sure they're getting it all. Know what the diet may be missing, and learn how to fix it. Really, DO your research, and make sure to use reliable sources!
