probably nothing. don't sweat it. yuk! cheese and fried rice together...yuk! I'm sure you're in no danger but you sure do have wierd taste in food.

Other Answers:
Your skin begins to boil off your body and your brain shrivels away to nothing! But I see you have done that before!
i think you will be fine.by the way, cheese and fried rice? why dont you try butter or margarine instead...
What the hell is a vegan doing eating cheese? Cheese comes from milk. And a little country lesson for your tofu farting fairy *** is milk comes from cows. Eating moldy cheese won't kill you. Moldy cheese is where penicillin came from.
the best by date is only a guide, cheese matures with age so there is no problem provided its keeped in a cool place i use cheese thats mounths passed its best by date and its much nicer.
cheese is very bad it is made from rotting milk.there is no expiration date for moldy milk it has already expired before it became cheese. Cheese and milk are not vegetarian either since milk does not grow in vegetation. go to http://www.notmilk.com to learn the dangers of milk and cheese.
the very purpose of exp date is that this food item has lost its eatable life and is harmful when eaten... mix it with any thi;ng but the bad effect of the expired food will remain... stomach upset, diaorea, nausia...dont u dare eat exp date... same is with medicine.. a person can die
Nothing.....heck at some of the stores around Xmas time they pay employees to 'scrape' off the green mold so it can be sold
Nothing if it's been in the fridge
Some people I know won't touch a cheese until it's a month or so past its eat by date, because it's not ripe enough before hand.
