Croc Pot.
Roast jammed with slivers of garlic cloves all around.
Seasoned salt from Red Robin restaurants on top.
Worstershire sauce sprinkled on top.
Carrots.
Can of pea's - drained.
Onions - quartered.
1 Can of Beef Stock.
Cover and simmer on low for 8+ hours.

any cheap cut of meat, (i like brisket) put it in a coverd pot, put 2 med onions in, half cover it with stock roast in a low (3)oven for 4 hoursI am a big fan of doing everything from scratch and could list hundreds of recipes and tips. But sometimes..... in the sauce packet section of the grocery store is a spice packet and cooking bag combo that is actually quite good with which you get a nice Au Jus or you can thicken it for gravy. Just substitute about a third of the water called for with red wine. Throw some Dales seasoning marinade in w/ it...yummy! Adds a great flavor!
