What makes it good for you?

Answers:
Cauliflower is a member of the cabbage family. Like in cabbage, the flowers begin to form, but stop growing at the bud stage. The thick stems under the buds act as a nutrient storehouse, which would have gone into the flowers and fruit of the cabbage had the development not been stopped at the bud stage. Because of all the nutrients stored in the stems, cauliflower is richer in vitamins and minerals than other members of the cabbage family.

Most importantly, cauliflower is a great source of vitamin C! It contains more than half of the recommended daily allowance in just one serving (1/2 cup). Cauliflower also contains B6 and folate, potential cancer-fighting agents called phytochemicals, vitamin K, copper, potassium and it's a good source of dietary fiber.

Other Answers:
no vitamins whatsoever!!! And it tastes bad too...
