Polk Sallad is a green vegetable that takes somethink like spinach.
Callolou is from the taro root. It comes from Jamaica.

Where polk salad is concerned. I go out and find it when the season is right. Its everywhere, alongside highways, forests. I even found some behind an apartment building.

I hope this helps. I havent ever purchased any.

PS. Could you send me a good recipe for calilou. Id like one which includes the coconut.
