Answer:
Try the £2.95 veg curry buffet in Chapel Market, nearest tube Angel. Can't remember if it has a name, but you will recognise it, it's the one that says it's £2.95.

The curry is very nice although there are only about 2 or 3 different kinds to choose from. The buffet includes breads, papadoms and salad.

They are also very happy about serving tap water which is good if you're keen to dine really cheap. The walls are plastered with facts about the benefits of vegetarianism which makes for interesting reading.

Another good place if you like curry is Chutneys in Drumond Street near Euston, again it is a veggy one and they have a buffet, better selection of food for a slightly higher price than the place I mentioned above.
the buddhist place on soho street near soho square. the food is lovely vegetarian indian and its quite cheap.
Cranks - delish grub
Govinda's in Soho Street. W1
They are open from 12noon-8pm Monday-Saturday.
Delicious food and very reasonable prices
