strawberry's, blue berries, raspberry's, and black berries are very high in anti-oxidants. Eat them for good health
blueberries have been said to be a Super Food. But I think all fruits are good in moderation. don't just rely on one fruit.

I have to agree with tomatoes because they have lycopenes which are said to have anti-cancer properties. They are also very versatile
cranberries. they are good for the immune system, cardiovscular system, are a natural antibiotic, a souce of antioxidants, good for urinary health, blocks bacteria that causes tooth decay. but you should eat a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as maintain a balanced diet.
If you just eat one fruit, you're going to get the squirts. You need a variety. Apples are a good source of fiber. Watermelon is filling. Oranges have Vitamin C. Prunes are good for your digestive system. Bananas are a great source of potassium. Grapes are filling and and offer another source of fiber. Etc...etc...etc... Just eat a variety, and you'll have what you need.
