least salt
pls hope i would get answer

Answer:
I think the small, sour apples have the least sugar. ORANGES have almost too much sugar in them, diabetics shouldn't eat them.

I don't know about salt, my guess is that cranberries have the most salt.
mm lemons? maybe lol im not sure. or cantalope? im just geussing!! lol
Apples & most Berries are the best if you need to avoid sugars. Very little salt is in fruit at all.
High sugar- Banana tops the list alongwith custard apple, pomegranate, mango (mostly tropical fruits)
Low sugar- Guava, papaya,apple,pears

Salt- most fruits contain more of potassium(good) than sodium
We like sea salt - it tastes much better.
I see that some people say that apples are high in sugar, and some say that they are low in sugar. Truth be told, it really matters how large the apple is. But Bananas are the fruit that has the most sugar. Then Melons come next. So your top 3 sugary fruits would most likely be 1. Banana 2. Cantalope 3. Honey dew. The lowest are the berries. I believe the lowest is 1. Blueberries 2. Blackberries 3. Strawberries. I wouldn't worry about salt, it isn't really a factor.
