Answers:
No, but they do look very similar. Am vegan and have never liked brussel sprouts ugh, love cabbage though.

Other Answers:
No. They might be related, since brussel sprouts look like mini cabbages. Cabbage is red, white, or green, about the size of a head of lettuce. Brussel sprouts are much smaller, but look like a cabbage, about the size of a golfball.
No not hardly. Cabbage tastes good and makes cold slaw
Brussell sprouts are little round bitter things that look like tiny cabbage but taste terrible.
The Brussels sprout (Brassica oleracea Gemmifera Group) is a cultivar group of Wild Cabbage cultivated for its small (typically 2.5-4 cm diameter) leafy heads, which resemble miniature cabbages.

no

They are different colors
No.

Brussels sprout (Brassica oleracea Gemmifera Group).

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea Capitata Group).
They're related but if you saw them growing you can really tell the difference. They're in the same family (Brassica) as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, etc. However, cabbage grows in a head surrounded by sprawling leaves>dfrent.dddddddduuuuhhhhhhhhhhh...
They share common ancestry in the genus "Brassica". The mustard plant has been hybridized by humans for eons. I think the family has been called cruciferous for the cross-shaped patterns on the leaves. It includes also broccoli, kolrabi, cauliflower, rapeseed and turnips.

No they're different. Just look, smell and almost taste the same
no they're not the same.
I've heard brussell sprouts referred to as "baby cabbages." I don't quite know for sure, though.
