Answers:
It may sound crazy but there are a lot of foods out there that may contain animal product that you may not know about. Like refriend beans have lard in them, marshmallows have gelatin in them which is boiled animal tendons, bones and skin. You never really know unless you read the ingredients and know a majority of which ingredients have animal product in them. My friend gave me this site. You can go here to read on alot of ingredients.

Never heard of it.
Very weird.
Defenitely not. Pig lard is way to expensive to use for cookies. Plus I doubt they found a loop hole in FDA regs, becasue it is not on the back of the lable
The middle is made with Lard and Sugar.
No pig lard...

"In 1998, Nabisco declared that Oreo cookies were kosher-dairy in Kosher diets. On May 13, 2003, attorney Stephen Joseph filed a lawsuit charging Nabisco with using hydrogenated, or partially hydrogenated, oils (trans fats) to make the cookies. The suit was dropped as Nabisco considered replacing the hydrogenated oils with alternative oils. As of January 2006, classic Oreo cookies are no longer manufactured with hydrogenated oils. Older packages will still be on store shelves for some time, and other varieties may not have eliminated hydrogenated oils completely.
Depending on the area of manufacture, Oreo cookies may or may not be vegan."

They're baked, and they use palm and canola oil in the dough.

They print the ingredents on the package, and the FDA would whoop their butts if they put in lard and didn't disclose it.
Can't be.

There are two "parts" to an oreo, the cookie and the filling

Cookies are made by a dry air baking method. (throw dough into an oven)
The filling is an icing, and isn't cooked at all.

Now, it may be possable that pig lard is used in the cookie, but given how the price of it compares to other vegetable shortenings, it's not likely.
What is listed in the ingredients on the package?

Ingredients: SUGAR, ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), HIGH OLEIC CANOLA OIL AND/OR PALM OIL AND/OR CANOLA OIL, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, BAKING SODA, CORNSTARCH, SALT, SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER), VANILLIN-AN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CHOCOLATE.

No pig lard here. You can safely say to your freinds that they are full of pig lard.
