Answers:
you can't eat meat and you can't eat meat

Other Answers:
You could become a vegetable.
Best things:- Everything under the sun
Worst things:- Nothing under the sun
Best: Vegan/vegetarian diets are low in cholesterol and animal fat, and in the modern world of food, are also free from extra hormones.

Worst: it's hard to get a balanced diet without eating meat. An improperly balanced vegan or vegetarian diet will lead to vitamin deficiency and other dietary disorders.
Fibrous food helps to reduce possibilities of high blood pressure and easy for diegestion. Meat eaters will have to feel worse.

The worse is I love bacon!
I disagree that it is hard to get a balanced diet with out eating meat. I am a vegan and have never been more healthy..You have to do a little research thats all.. you cant eat french fries all day...The best part is that you are not contributing to animal suffering.. Here is a website to look at...Hope this helps!!

Best: You'll feel great (you'll hardly ever become ill, your energy level will soar, your skin, hair, and nails will become more healthy, and if you ever have problems with mood swings, refraining from meat should help you tame them. And you can feel good about not eating animals.)

Worst: You do have to be careful to include protein in every meal. This is easier than it sounds; and it only gets easier. If you like to cook, vegitarian cooking is so creative and fun. It will open new realms to you! Protein sources include: nuts, nut butters, quinoa (try it - it's awesome - let me know if you want a recipe), beans (esp when combined with whole grains) and other legumes (this includes tofu and soy milk), broccoli and other dark green veggies, and dairy products unless you're vegan.
Best: For every meal you don't eat meat, a steak goes to waste and a supermarket loses a few quid; but hopefully this loss in revenue will help save animals!

Worst: Oh, well, first and foremost there's the health issues. Your body was designed to eat meat, which is why it tastes so good; if evolution didn't want you to eat it it's taste nasty right? You should learn to trust evolution, it got your ancestors through the Ice Ages and the like, and it never does anything without a good reason. That meat is the most nutritious foodstuff around, containing many minerals, vitamins and types of protein that either cannot be got anywhere else, or not in a form your body can use, seems a good reason. Yes, proteins can be got in nuts, legumes, etc, but not all of the types you need for a healthy, balanced diet. Your body has been designed to use meat to keep you in good health, why deny your body that simple right? It defies logic.
Also, eating meat does not raise your cholesterol; yes meat contains cholesterol, but your body can't survive without it, it forms a watertight layer around all your cells, and thus if you don't get enough your body creates more, which is less easy than consuming it for your body. People who eat meat, consequently, have no higher cholesterol levels on average than veggies and vegans.
Your **** doesn't stink like a rotting corpse and it's sometimes difficult choosing in a restaurant.
Best- feeling great that your saving the lives of 95 animals a year. (bottom left corner of peta2.com)

Worst- explaining to friends why you've chosen to not eat meat, all the stereo types, and suffering through peoples theories about why you are an idiot for not eating meat.
