Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(what is the logic behind becoming a vegan? what are they allowed to eat? why?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
Vegans substitute animal products for non-animal products.
Tofu, lentils and beans for protein.
Soy milk and cheese instead of dairy.
Nuts, seeds and lots of fresh vegetables give you all the vitamins your body needs.
It is logical as vegans do not ingest growth hormones and antibiotics that are fed to animals.
Other Answers:
It is the belief that animals are not necessary for food (or clothes or anything else really). They eat only vegetables and fruit. No animal by products at all. By eating only things grown from the earth and not born, they believe they are living a healthier lifestyle.
Tho they have to take a mulitvitamin for B12 coz it's found only in meat.
I'm a vegetarian, but not a vegan. Vegans do not eat anything that comes from animals, so no cheese, eggs, ect. Many vegans also choose not to use animal products-no wool, leather, etc. Some do it for health reasons-vegetarians/vegans do live longer, others do it so that they're not harming animals.
Vegans are vegetarians that also eat eggs and drink milk. They consume protien from animals that don't have to die to provide it.
The basic idea is that you avoid inflicting misery on your fellow creatures in order to eat.
Vegan diets consist of non animal products. Fruits and vegtables, grains. Of course there are various levels. Some do eat cheese, others will only eat fruit.
What are they allowed to eat? Anything that does not come from an animal. You'd be surprised how much food you eat that is considered vegan or vegetarian.
What's the logic in eating dead animal flesh?
Being a vegan means ommiting all animal products such as milk and dairy products that some vegetarians eat. They also don't eat animal additives that are in most candies--like rennet (cow stomach lining), gelatin (horse hoof) and other yucky things. It's actually kind of gross.
Did this help any?
They're initially excluding harmful toxins from their bodies that aren't meant to be digested in the human body.
where to start and where to end...
all humans are allowed to eat whatever they like. even you for example. but some choose to eat what they think is better. the criterion is what is better for all of us. here is the logic: if something is good for one, it has to be good for everyone, otherwise it is not good for anyone. ( if there are rules in nature-which i believe there are)
thus, and taking into account that if (for example) we would like the whole 6000000000 of the planet to be eating everything( meat. milk, eggs, etc etc) we require another planet just for the animals to be fed, and many other strange calculations, (true though), you end up with an answer that is very difficult to prove false: it is to the benefit of everyone if we all ate only plants and plant products. (this is being called vegan diet)
that is briefly... many books available. even the bible.
