Answers:
According to the Mythbusters it can...

"...can clean the odor off feet. Confirmed Comparison of a commercial foot powder wash vs. a Vodka wash showed that the odor was eliminated on both feet."

Other Answers:
Yeah so can toothpaste

Yes. Not only can it take away the smell from feet, but Grey Goose vodka makes every female over the age of 21 look extremely attractive. If you drink enough of it, you won't smell anything!
Seriously, it wouldn't be the vodka - it would be the alcohol that has an antibacterial effect. So to the extent it works, you'd be better off buying denatured alcohol - it's stronger, more effective , cheaper (and treated to be undrinkable). Better yet is an anti-fungicidal cream which will treat and cure within a week - e.g. Desenex, which will be cheaper and more effective yet (available over the counter - ask your pharmacist about it).

I believe it does but if you wanna be sure you should try, anyway is cheaper with soap.
Something else: if you drink enough you'll stop smelling it too.
