yes, I used to go to the bar all the time on Sundays to watch football or the race & we drank...of course the bar didn't open until 11:30-12:00 pm.

i never drank but i think that you can buy it but you cant take more than a cupful with you outside.
It depends on the state. I live in CO we cant buy Alcohol from the Liquor store on Sundays but the Bars are open until 2:00 Am. You can also buy 3.2 beer and wine coolers at the convince stores and Grocery stores until midnight.
