In Indiana, they would not allow you to sell wine over the Internet, but I believe they got the law changed this year so wineries could sell to their customers online. I would check with the state chamber of commerce, or perhaps the state revenue service. Remember you may also have to charge taxes on whatever you sell, especially if it's retail.

lol this is a funny one but I don't think you could sell this legally on line, and maybe if you can you have to know the age of the person who is buying liquor or cigarettes on line and this would be a big hustle too and more work too, but I mostly would say No legally, and yes not legalNO.I CHOICE TO SHOP.
