Monongahela? That's about the only one I've found and one site even said, "And not a single commercial whiskey distillery remains operating in Pennsylvania or Maryland anymore. "

Sorry, I can name off a huge list of breweries and wineries in PA, but I can't think of any whiskey makers. It is possible that it was bought out or closed.
