Unfortunately, sweet wine is sweet wine. You can't really alter the taste. I'm not sure how good you are in the baking department but you could heat it up so it melts down a bit and then spoon it over ice cream or crepes or something. It might taste better to her if you eat some fruit with it - it would give it more balance. Hope that helps.
