Don't drive is the best way. Sounds corny but what the F**k are you thinking about drinking and driving?
The only people who drink & drive where I live are prison guards in Fresno and Bakersfield so they can make it back to work where they guard the other Californians who get caught. Law Enforcement types, and their children, are the only ones who can pass Breathalzyer tests!

By making sure that you do not drink over the limit, or even better, leave the car at home if you're drinking.

You cannot, so do not try anything stupid!! There are however, things that can give false readings or exceptionally high readings. Some of which include; Periodontal disease, certain medications, other tooth problems which cause hollow spots in your teeth. Get a good lawyer. It is worth the money!

sober up! I take water breaks while out drinking, and never am the driver.
keep mustard packets or peanuts in your car and if you get pulled over while drunk... down them before the cop gets to your car.
