They have little tester thingys that tell you whether your too drunk to drive. Unless, of course, your too drunk to measure how drunk you are. Ummm.don't get loaded.
Close your eyes and stand on one foot try to touch your nose while facing up to the sky if you can't touch your nose perfectly you are above .08 and are legally drunk
