I've seen it done before, but everytime I try to do it, it fizzes and goes everywhere. I've seen people put a wedge in and then their thumb over the top and tip it upside down.

Answers:
If you're thumb is too small you can try pressing the mouth of the bottle against the fleshy part of you palm. There will always be pressure after you turn it back over so be careful to take your hand of slowly. I use my tongue instead of a thumb sometimes that way if it fizzes I just drink it. It's more hygienic if you think about it, too. Putting your thumb in the bottle is a little dirty.

Other Answers:
drink the beer first
Tie a fishing sinker to the lime.viola
Don't drink Corona. It tastes like piss.
You aren't supposed to put the lime in the beer. You are just supposed to drink the beer. I've heard several Mexican friends say, "Only gringos drink the beer with the lime!"
Buy a lime shooter. Looks like a miiature corona bottle put the lime in nd press the plunger aned in puts the lime in for you. Search for lime shooter and it should come up.
Listen to Rufus, drink the beer. Don't worry about the lime.
Put the lime in, stick your thumb in the bottle, turn the bottle upside down, re-tilt the bottle, and carefully remove your thumb from the bottle and enjoy.
It's impossible.. try a squirt of lime cordial at the top.. it lasts all the way down
