Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How do you make a good martini, seabreeze, and cosmopolitan?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
Studies have proven that regular martini drinkers cannot tell the difference between one vodka and another when making vodka martinis. So, don't waste your money on Kettle One or Grey Goose or Bombay or any of the other premium vodkas.
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Fill shaker with Vermouth.
3. Shake
4. Pour out all Vermouth (leaving the cubes coated)
5. Fill shaker with Vodka (the cheap stuff)
6. Pour your drinks
Other Answers:
A martini is gin and a smidge or dry vermouth. Use good quality liquor, I suggest Bombay or tanqueray Ten.
A cosmo is vodka (Ketel One is good, a little Grand Marnier (or Triple Sec, or Cointreau) all shaken with cranberry juice and ice then strained. Squeeze in a lime.
A seabreeze is vodka, cranberry and grapefruit juice.
A martini doesn't have to be made with gin. This was the traditional way, but vodka is equally acceptable now. (Sometimes called a vodka martini, vodkatini, a kangaroo, and probably others). I actually prefer it with vodka. My martini of choice-
a dash of vermouth (Noilly Prat)
3oz freezing vodka (Ciroc)
an olive (jalapeno stuffed olives add an interesting flavor, but they're all good)
Roll/spread the dash of dry vermouth around inside and rim of a coctail glass and then discard it. Shake the vodka in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into the glass. Drop in an olive or two or use a coctail spear.
classic cosmo (there are many ways to make it, but this is my favorite):
2oz lemon vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime cordial
1 oz cranberry juice
Shake with ice (sharply) and strain into a frosted martini glass.
Seabreeze:
1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
Stir in a highball glass with ice (or shake with ice and strain into coctail glass) and garnish with a lime
Hope that helps!
