It takes four weeks at 75 degrees for the first fermentation to finish. Carefully rack the wine out of the bottle without distrubing the dregs on the bottom and place this raw wine onto another clean container to finish the fermentation process, usually another four weeks. When filling the new container, try to not have any open air space on top of the new wine. lest you pick up a wild yeast that might sour your work.
