there are several ways (BTW I do not do drugs anymore)
1. (the best way) Don't do Drugs.
2. Niacin (800 - 1000 mg [its water soulable] and LOTS of water (about a cup an hour, do NOT drink over 1 quart an hour you can actually kill yourself doing that<its called water intoxication>) (just so you know, niacin makes your whole body will itch for HOURS and you will wish that you were dead (but you won't die). um besides that generally you will pass a test after 48 hours)

DON'T SMOKE IT DUFFAS !!!!!!

have your maid "rosario" pee in a cup for you.well, i dont do drugs.
but ive heard from friends that the best way is before you go to take the test, dip your toe for a few minutes in bleach.
then..when you get the pee cup, dip your toe in it, and it should flush it out.
if not..drink lots of water!
