Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

try this,

1 part sour, -fresh Lime Juice
2 parts sweet, -Cointreau
3 parts strong -100% Agave Tequila
and 4 parts weak - Ice

Shake hard, strain into a coupette or margarita glass and garnish with a salt rim.

The lime juice and the cointreau are interchangable depending on taste.

Patron is excellent for any margarita.
Cabo Wabo is better.
Hornitos is only good if you make traditional margaritas, as it doesn't taste good with fruit nargaritas (like strawberry or peach).
If you can afford it, there's a brand called El Tesoro (get the Paradiso). This is excellent as a shot or mixed. But don't blend this one...it's best on the rocks.

Use Hornitos, Patron is to good for margaritas its for drinking straight. Go to food.com and type in margarita.
Don't use Patron...that is an expensive tequila and you aren't going to be able to taste the difference with the margarita mix. The margarita mix will overpower the tequila. You might as well use a less expensive tequila like Jose Cuervo. Why put that kind of tequila in a mix. If you are going to drink that kind of tequila you drink it straight.
If price is not a concern use Patron. Most people can't tell the difference when you mix a liquor. I usually use a cheaper tequila for margaritas and save the expensive stuff for drinking straight where you can really tell the difference.

You are mixing Rose's lime juice and triple sec and serving it in a glass with salt on the rim. If you are going to mix that with your tequila get a nice clean white tequila, the cheapest you thing you can stomach and not have a hideous hangover. I personally would use Herradura Blanco. NOW...save the good tequila for when you invite me over. I take mine straight.
Tres is a good option...

I also like Tesoro, Casa Noble and Herradura, no Hornitos or Patron for me.
