Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

either take something for your upset stomach, or dont drink the wine

Try to use the bathroom and when you guys meet up just let them know your stomache is bothering you. They might come up with something that will help get you through the evening... eat some candy ginger, and stay of the wine and alcohol for tonight. Just have you fun,but don't drink. Have juice instead

Drink a glass of milk before you leave. Otherwise just say you have an upset stomach and drink bottled water, Contrex or something similar. It's chic and you don't have to miss the fun..

My experience

Drink a lot of water and take an antacid like Pepcid Complete. Also, if you really have an upset stomach, you might want to stay away from RED wine, and stick with lighter white wines. The less acidic the better. Good luck and have fun!

Stick to water wine will aggravate the tummy upset. Drink another evening. Try eating some crackers before you go or maybe a few hours ahead of time.also you could try taking some peptobismol that might help also.

Take some Pepto Bismol.It really works!

They will help bind and line your stomach, helping ease the uncomfortability.
