Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Answers:
You could use both if you wanted, but there'd probably be no real benefit to doing so. Unless you're going for a ridiculously high alcohol beer, either the liquid or dry yeast should be able to handle it.

Other Answers:
too much yeast willmake the beer taste a little funny. The yeast will only eat the sugar that is in the beer.
just add one packet of yeast, preferably the one that will ferment a higher alc content since you added the extra malt.

just because you add more malt, it doesn't mean you need more yeast.
