Answers:
An open bottle should be drank w/in a week on two. But it won't really "go bad", as in be bad for you. It'll just loose a little flavor.
They do make a special rubber stopper that vaccums air out of the bottle to keep it fresh longer. Look at the kitchen specialty shop at the mall!

A fine wine should be consumed and not saved..a bottle of ripple will last a month!!!!

It will be ok to drink for a long long time,,, but once the air gets to it the flavor degrades. at least a day or two in fridge, if has a top/cork on

Not long...Day or two..Maybe more, but you must put it in a fridge

It will be "okay" to drink long after it is no longer palatable to drink...Typically the rule of thumb is 3-4 days for red wines and 7-10 days for whites. You can extend the life of the red by, dare I say it, REFRIGERATING it. Just be sure to allow the wine to come back to room temperature before drinking so as not to be barbaric...this can add a couple of days.

Salude!

Not long. Perhaps 2 days max.

But, if you get one of those corks with a pump that allows you to suck the air out the wine will last longer. Perhaps up to 2 weeks. DON'T WASTE IT!! If its past the time you wish to allow-then use it in a marinade or sauce.
