Just got paid today, London was boiling hot so on the way home from work I bought a bottle of Meursault - I've heard about this stuff. Not sure if you'll be able to get this in London but my favourite wine is Hernder Estates Autumn Collection Riesling. Hernder Estates is an Ontario, Canada winery so they might have an international distributor in London but you'll want to check out their website for availability overseas:

If you can get it, you'll only need to chill it for an hour to an hour and a half. Happy drinking.
