Spicy Bloody Mary Shots
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, roughly chopped
400ml tomato juice
100ml vodka (you can add more to taste)
4 tablespoons Wild Appetite Mexican Chilli Salsa Sauce (you can add more to taste)
Sea salt and pepper
Method:
Roughly process the tomato pieces in a blender or food processor. Combine the tomatoes with the other ingredients and pour into large shot glasses or espresso cups. Serve each drink with a short celery stick to stir with.
Makes 8 large shots
Why would you want a Bloody Mary shot? Oh well.
Salt the rim and sprinkle Salt and Pepper in the bottom of the shot glass. A little bit of Vodka and almost fill with Tomato juice. Sprinkle with Tabasco Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce and a few drops of Lemon Juice.
Your basic Bloody Mary only in a much smaller glass without ice.
