can anyone tell me if its ok to take your children into the bar with you in texas? in oklahoma, no one under 21 is allowed on the premises and bars inside restaurants are roped off. thanks for not leaving retarded answers.

Answer:
In Nevada people can bring children in the bar if the bar serves food. Just as people can order alcoholic drinks, wine, beer, in the restaurants in Nevada. However, no one under 21 can be in a bar in NV if it does not serve food. Texas law may give same prerogative. However Texas is home to MADD mothers against drunk drivers and it is very diverse in it's drinking laws from one county to the next within just a few miles of each other.I tried to look it up, but no concrete help. Good luck.PS Bars have Pizza and Burgers and some small communities don't have a fast food or any resteraunt at all and the "bar" is all that's available for a "pizza" out, these bar's are generally full of local folks playing darts and billards and not obnoxious. These are communities of maybe 800-2000
Well, I live in Texas but I'm not completely sure if you can take your children. I personally think it's wrong and the restaurant/bars i've seen have cloth covers. So, i'm guessing it's not permitted unless you're over 21. Besides why would you want to take your children to a bar?
