If you don't like the taste of alcohol, there is no reason to drink it at all! I would have a "virgin" strawberry daquiri - which I often times do!!!
Having 7 up with a twist of lemon or lime poured into a short glass may look like an alcoholic drink (vodka tonic, i.e.) but is obviously non-alcoholic!!!

probably something like smirnoffs or certain types of bacardi ask someone at the liqour store before you buy it
A White Rusian- 2 shots of Kahlua and 1 shot of vodka, then fill the rest of the glass with milk. It tasts like chocolate milk! Or try barmeister.com they have millions of drinks.
A miami coctel.. maybe a daikiri.. a margarita is a nice drink...

mixed drinks are usually the best--such as a mud slide, strawberry daiquiri, and margaritas. if you get these at places like fridays, ruby tuesday, chilis etc. they tend to water down the drinks and not put a lot of alcohol in them.
Purple koolaid or cream soda with vanilla stoli. both are awesome.

If you live in California, the Rusty Pelican makes the best Long Island Ice Tea. It tastes like ice tea not alcohol. Very good. Very potent. If you don't live in California and still want to try one, ask the bartender if the long island ice is a mix or made from scratch (7 different alcohols with a splash of coke). If it's a mix, order something else.
Vodka and orange juice. Absolute Vodka is better than Smirnoff. You can always add a lot of OJ so you can't taste the vodka. Also Peach Shnopps.(not sure of the spelling)
The classic Sex on the Beach cocktail: midori, chambord, peach schnapps and vodka mixed with pineapple, orange and cranberry juice. shots are another great way. B-52 are Kahlua, Baileys and Grand Marnier. or even sweeter is the Nutty Professor and that is Baileys and Frangelico.

Vanilla vodka and coke or gingerale. It tastes like a cream soda, or cotton candy and the alcohol taste is not really prevalent.
Mimosas (champagne + orange juice) go down really easy
