You don't have to worry about hangover's if you tame yourself on how much you drink there are pills called chasers, i think you need to take them while you are drinking. but personally i prefer alka seltzer and rest. the overall best cure for a hangover is sleep though. something you can do to prevent a hangover is to alternate your drinks with non-alcoholic drinks, and make sure that you're not hungry. after a beer, have a tomato juice. after a glass of wine, have a glass of water. after another beer, have a can of soda. this sounds weird, maybe, but you don't pass out, you don't get sick, and you still get buzzed and stay there.

It's all about hydration. Alcohol in large quantities can cause dehydration. The best way to avoid a hangover.other than avoiding alcohol.is try to drink a glass of water to every 2-3 drinks of alcohol. If you can keep yourself hydrated then you will avoid a hangover. Hope this helps.1. If possible, try to remember to eat something fatty, such as a greasy hamburger or some french fries, before you pass out face first in that bush in your front yard. Avoid Chinese food.
2. Drink lukewarm, not cold, water. About one liter should do the trick. Eating a banana or two also helps.
3. Aspirin, aspirin, aspirin. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever to combat that nasty headache (Avoid acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin) as they can cause liver and/or kidney problems).
4. Get plenty of rest.
5. Exercise, if possible. A nice long walk will help get your blood pumping. **CAUTION** Too much physical activity can actually worsen a hangover because it compounds the dehydration that already occurs when consuming alcohol.

8. Even if you feel sick in the morning you need to eat. The food will be tough to take down at first but it will cure that pain/nausea in your stomach. * Avoid taking too much pain reliever - it may possibly thin your blood more than's good for you!
* Expect to get up in the middle of the night for a nice long pee after drinking all that water.
* The "Hair of the Dog" approach or drinking more alcohol in the morning has been shown to be ineffective at curing the root problems and could well be a shortcut to long term alcoholism - it's best avoided.
* Don't take Tylenol! The combination of alcohol and Tylenol causes liver damage. You can seriously fry your liver if you take Tylenol when you have alcohol in your system.
