The Banfi Rosa Regali is a sweet rose that has some of the health benefits, but is sweet. The dark reds usually have more of the benefits, but tend to not be sweet... more bitter and tannic.

If you can find them, Concord grape wines fit the bill and so do most red wines from the eastern US that aren't labeled with European names (Not: cabernet, merlot, pinot noir, burgundy, bordeaux).

Best to consult a wine enthusiast working at a wine shop... not some kid at a grocery store... and they can help.
If you can find it, Llano Sweet Red. A red wine that is very sweet.
All red wines are good for your heart. Try a nice Chateuf de Pape - costs about $25 - $30 depending on where you buy it.
Try port wines. There are also a few regular wines (under 14%) that are made sweet, such as the French Rivsaltes. Mostly they are drunk as aperitifs.
